Rooterman Of Muncie is a 24-hour residential and commercial plumbing service and repair company looking for highly motivated plumbers and drain cleaners. The role involves performing plumbing repairs, educating customers on their plumbing needs, and providing excellent customer service while working independently to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Consumer Services

Responsibilities

Serve customers with a positive attitude and enthusiasm to get the job done right
Present options on every call and assist the customer in making the best decision for their home & family
Explain/Educate customers on their plumbing needs at the customer level
Perform plumbing repairs in an efficient and professional manner
Competent in all aspects of plumbing repair including; leak location, tankless water heaters, tank-type water heaters, plumbing fixtures, sewage pumps, drain cleaning and drain line replacement
Be willing to share expertise with other team members, especially apprentices

Required

Licensed Tradesman or nearing enough hours to test. We are flexible for the right person
Demonstrated knowledge of proper and safe use of tools and related equipment
Ability to work and communicate effectively individually as well as in a team environment
Ability to troubleshoot service issues
Must possess own basic tools
