Responsibilities
Show care for our customers' homes by being cautious, considerate, and tidy
Cover surfaces with drop cloths, plastic, and thorough masking to protect from overspray
Handle cabinet doors for transport to and from job sites, ensuring proper reassembly
Prep surfaces by removing old paint, filling holes, and fixing damage for a top-notch finish
Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes with brushes, rollers, or spray guns to exceed expectations
Keep painting equipment, tools, and safety gear in good condition for a safe work environment
Qualification
Required
Previous experience painting cabinets, trim, or similar finishes is a MUST
Basic math skills for measuring and calculating paint quantities
Familiarity with different paint types, finishes, and application techniques
Ability to follow our painting process for successful projects
Attention to detail, able to work alone or with a team
Proficiency in English is required
Driver's license, clean record and personal vehicle
Preferred
Carpentry, kitchen renovation, or fixture installation experience is a plus but not required
