ABA Behavior Technician - In-Home (Part-Time)
Arizona Autism United (AZA United) is a leading nonprofit community organization providing compassionate care for individuals with autism. They are seeking experienced Behavior Technicians to work in an in-home setting, providing high-quality ABA programs under the direction of a Licensed Behavior Analyst.

Responsibilities
Providing high quality clinic-based ABA programs for children with autism
Working under the direction of a Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Participating in extensive training and ongoing professional development
Completing a hands-on paid training program at the East Valley Center
Participating in monthly virtual professional development seminars
Receiving supervision and oversight sessions with BCBAs
Supporting and mentoring junior staff
Collaborating with other clinical services to provide interdisciplinary care
Qualification
Required
Applicants must have afternoon availability (afterschool hours) at least 2 days/week
Applicants must have at least 6 months of paid/unpaid work experience working with individuals with Special Needs
Applicants must be at least 21 years old
Must be able to pass required background checks, TB Test, and other required tests and screenings
