Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in machine learning engineering
Experience with shipping ML systems to production, end to end
Ability to select appropriate data sets, perform feature engineering, design models, and handle deployment & iteration
Strong engineering skills and commitment to becoming a great engineer
Empathy to understand how other people think and why
Passion for helping other software engineering teams be great
Excellent communication skills
Grit and ability to push through challenges
Preferred
Experience with React, TypeScript, Go, or Python
Experience thinking about engineering productivity and how to improve it
