Chuze Fitness is reinventing the fitness industry with a focus on hospitality and community. They are seeking a Maintenance and Facilities Technician II to ensure the safety, functionality, and cleanliness of equipment and facilities, directly impacting member experience and operational success.

Responsibilities

Maintain cross-departmental communication to remain up-to-date on repair and replacement needs in customer-facing spaces and facility infrastructure

Work within a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to manage work orders for both in-house duties and outsourced contractor services

Coordinate outsourced projects by reviewing pricing and approving contracted jobs

Inspect and perform preventive maintenance, identifying repair and service needs and prioritize the most critical repairs to minimize disruptions to members wherever possible

Assist in performing repairs and maintenance of equipment and maintain the Maintenance Log

Maintain an overview of inventory counts and order new equipment and supplies as needed

Travel within the market to participate in training sessions, department meetings, and provide support, as needed

Chuze Kindness while completing assignments on the gym floor or other member-facing areas

Complete administrative tasks promptly, including email management and communication
