Responsibilities
Completion of all types of work orders from residents
Completion of all resident apartment turn over tasks
Must be able available to complete 'On-call' duties
Conducting property inspections and/or participating on an inspection team
Complete preventative maintenance activities
Qualification
Required
Electrical/plumbing/HVAC/appliance repair skills
Ability to lift moderate weights of between 30-60 lbs. on a regular basis
Ability to stand and/or walk all day
Occasional heavy lifting may be required
Strength and endurance in performing heavy manual labor
Must be available to complete 'On-call' duties
Must live within 30 mins of Worcester
Valid driver's license and own transportation for on-call
Previous maintenance experience
Able to work independently and as a team
Strong customer service skills
Pre-employment background check & drug test required
