Bulk blanket layups
Performance template processing
Simple fabrications (examples include coupons, flat basic shapes, basic to no forming, thin layups, no netting)
Basic MLI fabrications and mass measurements
Providing support with other key tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma
0-1 years experience in the industry
Ability to solve problems with little discretion, seeking guidance in unexpected situations
Proficient communication skills (verbal, written, and listening)
Provide respectful and timely customer service
Take initiative to perform routine tasks and be efficient and resourceful with time
Strong team-player with the ability to be flexible, adaptable and collaborate on design, fabrication
