Fitness Equipment Repair Technician
McCollister's Global Services, Inc. is seeking hands-on, mechanically inclined individuals to join their team as Fitness Equipment Repair Technicians. This role involves diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues in fitness equipment, as well as pre-building equipment for delivery and installation.

Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in various types of fitness equipment (treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, strength machines, etc.)
Pre-build and assemble equipment according to specifications before delivery
Use manuals, schematics, and technical documents to guide repairs and assembly
Perform preventative maintenance and replace parts (belts, motors, wiring, etc.)
Maintain service records and communicate job status to coordinators or clients
Keep a clean, organized workspace (warehouse and/or client site)
Travel to customer sites for on-location diagnostics and repairs, as needed
Qualification
Required
Mechanical aptitude or experience in auto repair, appliance repair, HVAC, electrical motors, or similar trades
Familiarity with tools (hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment)
Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and standing for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Preferred
Prior experience working with fitness equipment
Basic understanding of electronics and wiring
Experience with fitness brands such as Technogym, Matrix, Life Fitness, or Precor
