Responsibilities

Provide daily support, oversight, and mentorship to our technician assistant team
Lead by example in patient handling, hospital cleanliness, and safety protocols
Assist in scheduling, training, and onboarding of new team members
Serve as a liaison between leadership, technicians, and assistants
Help ensure hospital flow, patient comfort, and team efficiency
Participate in hospital rounds and contribute to a positive team culture

Qualification

Veterinary technician experienceLeadership experienceCommunication skillsOrganizational skillsProblem-solving skillsFast-paced environment comfort

Required

Experience as a veterinary technician, technician assistant or in a similar animal care role
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Comfort working in a fast-paced, emergency environment
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Leadership or training experience preferred
