Mills Automotive Group is a family-owned dealership that has rapidly grown from 1 store to 13 over the past 13 years. They are seeking an experienced Used Car Reconditioning Technician to diagnose, repair, and recondition various makes and models of vehicles to meet high retail-ready standards.

Responsibilities
Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies
Perform thorough inspections, diagnostics, and repairs across domestic and import brands
Recondition pre-owned vehicles to meet high retail-ready standards
Handle everything from light mechanical work to deeper diagnostic and drivability issues
Maintain efficiency and quality in a modern, well-equipped service facility
Work closely with service and sales teams to keep the reconditioning process flowing smoothly
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
An ideal candidate will have 2+ years of used vehicle reconditioning experience, ASE certifications, brand certifications, or a combination of all
Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
Fast learner
Good written and verbal communication skills
Team player
Computer literate
Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
Valid driver's license
