Responsibilities
Perform complete system diagnostics and full automotive troubleshooting and testing on Sprinter Vans
Conduct road tests to ensure quality repair work is completed to Mercedes-Benz standards
Communicate directly with service advisors regarding service status and estimated completion times to keep customers informed
Continuously learn and apply new technical information and techniques through formal training sessions to stay ahead of rapidly evolving automotive technology
Maintain an organized and neat shop area to ensure a safe and efficient workspace
Perform other duties as assigned by Management
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of mechanic experience
Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle
Preferred
Previous diesel experience or certification
