The Water/Fire Restoration Technician will provide exceptional customer service while assisting in various restoration tasks and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Qualification
Required
Must ensure that proper safety and work protocols are always being utilized by you and fellow team members
Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities needed
Must be detail oriented and able to think through situations
Responsible for quality of work, as well as proper maintenance of company vehicles and equipment
High school diploma, or a combo of education, training, and experience
Must have a valid driver's license with no major violations
Drug free is the way to be. Just say no
Be dependable, honest, hard-working, positive, and results driven
Be coachable, trainable, eager to learn, have a positive outlook, and get along with others
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
Preferred
IICRC Certifications such as WRT, AMRT, ASD, and/or FSRT
Experience with trauma/crime scene clean-up
Experience with crawlspace encapsulation
Knowledge and experience with Encircle and/or Xcelerate job management systems
