The role involves building and polishing tooling, performing maintenance on vacuum forming tools, and assisting in shop maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities
Building and finishing/polishing of production and prototype tooling and parts by hand and using tools; examination of all surface areas during finishing process
Performing service and periodic maintenance on vacuum forming tools
Assisting in tool changes
Assisting in shop maintenance tasks as necessary
Qualification
Required
3-5 years' experience in Tooling industry (benchwork, tool finishing/polishing)
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Preferred
Tool & Die maintenance experience
Carpentry experience
Exceptional attention to detail
Comfortable with repetitive tasks
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be proactive and show initiative in taking on and completing projects
