Facilities & Operations Support Technician

Responsibilities
Must be able to lift 75 lbs. and climb tall ladders
Receive, distribute, and track inbound packages and shipments
Prepare outbound shipments, including labeling and coordination with carriers
Perform light plumbing, ceiling tile replacement, and basic repairs
Replace light bulbs and A/C filters as needed
Supervise janitorial crew and assist with coverage when necessary
Restock kitchen and bathroom supplies
Run errands for purchasing needs (e.g., Costco, hardware store, lunch pickups)
Assist with setup and teardown for company events and meetings
Monitor building grounds and report and/or perform maintenance needs
Support minor car maintenance tasks and shuttle coordination
Collaborate with team members on vendor research and project support
Participate in safety committee activities
Perform end-of-day building shutdown procedures
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required

English language proficiency, including good oral and written communication skills
Basic computer, email, and internet use
Must be of legal working age
Valid driver's license
Preferred
10 years experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with basic hand tools and household equipment
Prior experience in facilities, shipping/receiving, or janitorial support
Comfort working independently and across departments
