Ski Butlers is a leading company in ski and snowboard rental delivery, dedicated to providing exceptional service to its customers. The Ski Technician role involves welcoming hotel guests, managing ski equipment, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their stay.

Responsibilities

Uphold brand standards through exceptional customer service while meeting our Key Customer Requirements:

KCR #1: On Time – arriving within 5 minutes of the agreed upon time

KCR #2: Communication – setting clear expectations around the entire scope of service

KCR #3: Equipment – choosing the right equipment for each guest given their skills and current conditions at the resort

Provide timely, accurate placement and retrieval of guest's skis and other related stored equipment

Support: assist guests with fitting and adjusting Ski Butlers equipment as needed

Assist guests with relevant information regarding resort operations, meeting areas, on-site hotel amenities, transportation and local mountain town knowledge

Setting up the next shift and future team members for success

Enhance the overall skier experience

Basic ski/snowboard tuning, waxing and general equipment maintenance

Making/Answering customer phone calls and face-to-face questions with a positive and inviting tone of voice

Anticipating guest needs

Snow removal

Re-stock amenities

Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
