New Grad, Entry LevelMTM Recruiting is seeking a Measure Technician to join their DFW team. This role involves remeasuring openings for window and door replacements, ensuring precise orders, and advising builders on installation readiness while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Remeasure openings for replacement projects to ensure precise sizing and proper installation planning
Perform new construction site walk-throughs to precheck installation readiness and verify correct openings
Communicate with builders or homeowners regarding any needed corrections or installation expectations
Diagnose installation challenges on-site and recommend solutions
Provide customers with helpful guidance on the care, operation, and maintenance products
Generate and update all installation-related paperwork and digital records to keep projects flowing smoothly
Identify and communicate part orders or adjustments with the project coordination team
Collaborate closely with sales and project coordination teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Experience with machinery, construction, or a related technical field preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Comfortable using tools and equipment; ability to handle a physical workload
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Safe driving record and valid driver's license
Detail-Oriented & Accurate: Ensures precise measurements and documentation
Technically Skilled: Confident using tools, equipment, and learning technical product details
Customer-Focused Communicator: Builds trust and explains technical details clearly to homeowners and builders
