Responsibilities
Mold set-ups and changes
Examines tools, machines, and processes to maximize tool and process utilization and ensure all processes and tools are running accurately
Develops and establishes manufacturing process parameters
Assists with color changes
Works with Quality, Processing, Automation and Tooling to fix higher level problems
Supports the QMS by adhering to the system requirements
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Familiarity with mold design and hot runner systems
3-5 years' general injection molding troubleshooting experience
Computer skills necessary to effectively utilize CIM
