Quality Control Technician - Night Shift

The Quality Control Technician will perform SPC line checks, ensure compliance with work order instructions, and assist in implementing quality practices within the production process.

Responsibilities

Perform all required SPC line checks in production

Ensure Work Order instructions are being followed, including use of correct components and correct coding

Create COA’s as needed or as requested

Follow the HOLD/Rework process for any non-conforming product, including appropriate SAP transactions

Inspect rework processes and rework product to ensure conformity to customer expectations

Assist Quality department in implementing good quality practices, processes, and procedures

Troubleshoot quality-related issues during the production process
