Responsibilities

Maintain, repair, and optimize HVAC systems and associated equipment

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

Conduct brazing, soldering, welding, pipefitting, and fabrication

Interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams

Inspect, troubleshoot, and service motors, pumps, compressors, ducts, and controls

Ensure compliance with company safety guidelines and training requirements

Qualification

Required

High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

Valid C-20 license

Valid Driver's License

3 years of related HVAC/Electrical maintenance and repair experience in a commercial facility

Ability to obtain airport security clearance

Availability to work day or night shift including weekends and holidays

Preferred

Experience in airport operations

Understanding of Johnson Control Systems

Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics

Basic proficiency with computers and common software applications
