Track technician time entries and follow up on open tickets
Communicate logistics and updates with the team
Verify documentation is accurate and closed out properly
Perform daily vehicle inventory checks
Qualification
Required
0-2 years of experience
Ability to manage inbound calls
Ability to create support tickets
Ability to keep workflow organized
Ability to ensure billing documentation is complete
Ability to answer calls and document incoming support requests
Ability to prioritize client concerns
Ability to track technician time entries and follow up on open tickets
Ability to communicate logistics and updates with the team
Ability to verify documentation is accurate and closed out properly
Ability to perform daily vehicle inventory checks
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required
Preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking (routers, switches, Wi-Fi), and troubleshooting methods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various environments (offices, server rooms, retail spaces, etc.)
