Performing Quality Maintenance: Arriving at scheduled appointments to perform comprehensive system checks and filter changes, ensuring every job meets our high standards
Customer Education: Communicating with customers to inform them about their system's health, our planned maintenance agreements, and opportunities for additional products or services
Continuous Improvement: Reporting your progress to dispatch, completing all service-related forms accurately, and working toward the skills and certifications required to advance to the next level
Safe and Professional Operations: Maintaining a professional appearance, operating a company vehicle safely, and ensuring all tools and equipment are in good working order
Qualification
Required
6 months of HVAC service experience
able to pass drug and background screens
valid driver's license
obtain or currently hold an EPA Certification
eager to learn
committed to continuing education (20 hours per year)
driven to meet the performance goals required for advancement
strong communication skills
committed to safety, quality, and a customer-focused approach
