Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance
Capable of troubleshooting and repair of mechanical breakdowns of equipment using PC/PLC ladder logic
Skilled in troubleshooting and repair of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Capable of welding and steel fabrication
Troubleshoot and repair all types of control circuits

Required

Associate's degree in a related technical field or High School diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years manufacturing experience
Experience with stamping presses up to 2000 tons, coil feeding equipment, servo transfer systems, conveyor systems
Familiar with overhead cranes and their operation
Ability to manipulate and modify robot programs (Fanuc, ABB, Motoman)
Excellent problem-solving skills such as 8D and 5 Whys
Ability to use mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic prints to troubleshoot and fix issues
Ability to use multimeters, hand tools, measurement tools, and power tools to troubleshoot and fix issues
