We are seeking caring, dependable, and emotionally strong individuals to join our team as Behavioral Technicians, where you’ll provide direct care, ensure safety, and support youth as they stabilize and begin their healing journey.

Responsibilities
Maintain a safe and structured environment for youth
Supervise and engage with patients during daily routines and activities
Document observations, behaviors, and incidents accurately
Maintain appropriate boundaries and demonstrate empathy without enabling
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Qualification
Required
Must be 19 years or older
High school diploma or GED (required)
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Ability to stay calm, set boundaries, and respond compassionately under pressure
Preferred
Experience in behavioral or mental health settings
