PuroClean of Rocklin is seeking a Lead Restoration Technician to help individuals recover from property damage caused by water, fire, mold, and biohazards. The role involves leading restoration projects, supervising and mentoring technicians, and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and best practices.

Responsibilities

Lead and perform restoration projects in water mitigation, fire and smoke restoration, mold remediation, and biohazard clean-up
Supervise, train, and mentor production technicians
Maintain clear communication with customers, insurance representatives, and the PuroClean office
Ensure all work follows PuroClean’s standards, safety guidelines, and IICRC best practices
Keep job sites, equipment, and vehicles clean, organized, and in top working condition
Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for emergency responses

Qualification

IICRC CertificationsRestoration industry experienceLeadership skillsCommunication skillsCustomer service skills

Required

IICRC Certifications (WRT required, FSRT/ASD preferred) or the ability to obtain them
Minimum 2 years of restoration industry experience preferred
Solid work ethic, reliability, and a positive 'can-do' attitude
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs., work in confined spaces, and wear respirator equipment
Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred

Minimum 2 years of restoration industry experience preferred
FSRT/ASD certifications preferred
