Responsibilities
Design and implement complex technical solutions while providing strategic technical guidance to cross-functional teams
Lead the design and development of responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React and modern JavaScript frameworks
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and establish best practices for front-end development across the organization
Maintain high standards of code quality, performance optimization, and regulatory compliance
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in front-end engineering, including hands-on leadership roles
Expert-level proficiency in React, JavaScript, and modern front-end development practices
Proven experience with headless CMS architectures, performance optimization, and SEO implementation
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering scalable solutions
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with experience mentoring development teams
Preferred
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
Industry certifications related to front-end development, performance optimization, or e-commerce platforms
Experience with multi-region, high-traffic e-commerce applications and payment systems
