They are seeking an experienced IT Field Technician to join their information technology solutions team, responsible for installations, maintenance, and repairs of desktops and networks, while also providing customer support.

Responsibilities
Install equipment and software to meet client needs
Maintain systems to ensure they run properly
Perform repairs when necessary, either through online chat, phone, or in-person
Train client staff on how to use new systems
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in technology field, e.g. mechanical, electrical, electronics, etc., or equivalent experience
Skilled in the use of PC applications including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
Must be knowledgeable in the use of basic tools, including multimeters
Ability to present technical concepts to non-technical people
Ability to understand technical diagrams and manuals
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects with minimum direction
Adaptive to change and tight deadline
Must be able to work independently with little supervision
Good customer service and organizational skills are needed
Service Technician: 1 year (Required)
Preferred
At least one year of technical experience
