Responsibilities

Conduct system maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance

Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions

Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to provide recommendations for improvement

Be available to support technicians

Must be able to provide detailed notes on work orders daily

Must be able to perform work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions such as climbing ladders, scaffolding, high lift equipment, working in ducts, crawl spaces, above ceilings, etc

Hand tool, power tool and multi-meter knowledge is required

After-hours overtime and weekend work as needed based on customer demands

Participation in after-hours on call rotation required
