Responsibilities
Diagnosing and fixing arcade games and/or vending machines
Installing both new and refurbished equipment at customer sites
Instructing customers, including those with visual impairments, on the correct operation of the machines, settings, and routine upkeep
Qualification
Required
Valid Drivers License; This job entails significant day travel throughout Ohio
A minimum of five years' experience in equipment repair
Supervisory/Managerial experience helpful
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
A courteous and professional demeanor
Strong interpersonal abilities
Successful completion of background checks, including criminal, driving, and credit histories
Capability to lift 50-75 pounds
Proficiency with hand tools and the operation of handcarts, dollies, pallet jacks, etc
Occasionally climbing and working from ladders up to 12 feet
Ability to kneel, stand, or sit for extended periods
Preferred
Experience in game, video game, vending and/or arcade game repair preferred
