Responsibilities

Designing and executing AI-powered workflow products to streamline business brokerage operations
Collaborating with engineering and business teams to define product specifications and drive execution
Managing project timelines and ensuring smooth technical implementation (some hands-on execution may be required)
Integrating new technologies, particularly LLMs, to enhance workflow automation

Required

A bachelor's degree or higher, an impressive record of academic and professional achievement, and three to six years of experience are required
Candidates should have at least three years of experience in developing technology products alongside development teams and at least one year of experience in building workflow products that support business activities and processes
Experience in successfully taking a product from conception to completion, ideally in a startup environment, is required
Experience in reading and executing code, along with the ability to understand and oversee technical aspects of product development, is essential. Direct developer experience is not required
Experience with using LLMs to develop features, tools, or products is required (personal experience is acceptable; it doesn't need to be for work or academic research)
Candidates with strong communication skills, a collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects will thrive in this role

Preferred

Experience or knowledge in financial transactions and markets is a plus
