The role involves diagnosing and repairing complex issues across European and luxury vehicles while maintaining high efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair complex issues across European and luxury vehicles
Perform factory-recommended maintenance and multi-point inspections
Maintain high levels of efficiency and productivity in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art facility
Collaborate with Service Advisors to communicate repair needs and timelines
Stay current with manufacturer training and certifications (paid by MAG)
Adhere to manufacturer and dealership standards for quality and customer satisfaction

Qualification

ASE certificationsOEM certificationsDiagnostic systems knowledgeLuxury automotive experienceCustomer-focused mindsetAttention to detail

Required

3+ years of experience as an automotive technician (preferably with luxury or European brands)
ASE and/or OEM certifications (highly preferred)
Strong diagnostic and electrical systems knowledge
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
A customer-focused mindset and attention to detail
