They are seeking a PRN Behavioral Health Technician to monitor residents, assist with treatment plans, and ensure a safe and therapeutic environment during overnight hours.

Responsibilities
Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of residents throughout the night
Conduct routine room checks and maintain accurate documentation
Support residents in adhering to their treatment plans and facility rules
Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques when necessary
Communicate effectively with clinical staff and participate in shift change reports
Maintain a clean, structured, and therapeutic environment
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to remain alert and responsive during overnight hours
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Must pass background check and drug screening
Preferred
Associate's or bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field preferred
Previous experience in behavioral health, residential care, or similar setting is a plus
