Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on residential and light commercial HVAC systems with precision and in accordance with industry codes

Accurately diagnose issues and present service or repair options with transparent pricing

Install new heating and cooling systems following all safety protocols and manufacturer specifications

Conduct thorough HVAC inspections, including safety and performance checks, and document all findings

Mentor apprentices or junior technicians to maintain high performance standards

Maintain updated knowledge of the latest HVAC technology, codes, and best practices

Protect and respect customers’ homes and properties during every service call

Keep company vehicle clean, organized, and stocked with necessary tools and parts

Accurately document all work performed, parts used, and payment collection when applicable
