MSP IT Support Technician
TeamLogic IT is a Managed IT Services provider that seeks a diligent and enthusiastic Managed IT Services (MSP) Support Technician to deliver technical support to SMB clients. The role involves providing remote and on-site troubleshooting, system maintenance, and client communication to ensure outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities
Provide remote/on-site troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
Perform updates, backups, and monitoring to ensure security and performance
Act as first contact for incidents and requests; log, track, and resolve within SLAs
Give clear, timely updates to maintain satisfaction
Record system configurations, procedures, and resolutions
Manage antivirus, firewalls, and perform security audits
Configure hardware/software for new and existing clients
Recommend enhancements to support efficiency
Deploy and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless solutions (Fortinet, Cisco, Meraki, Ubiquiti)
Maintain diagrams, inventories, and configuration docs
Collaborate with Senior Architect on complex issues
Qualification
Required
Degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Prior MSP or IT support background, ideally with SMB clients
Proficiency with Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace
2+ years with networking, Windows servers, workstations, and Office 365
Knowledge of Fortinet, Cisco, Meraki, Ubiquiti, Azure, PowerShell, RMM, GPO, Intune
CompTIA A+, Network+, or MCP preferred
Strong problem-solving, excellent communication, customer focus, and teamwork
Preferred
Experience with RMM tools (e.g., NinjaRMM)
Familiarity with ticketing systems (Autotask PSA, ServiceNow, Zendesk)
Proficiency in documentation tools (Hudu, IT Glue, SharePoint)
Cloud platform knowledge (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
