New Grad, Entry LevelBlue Bird Corporation is seeking a Body Repair Technician (Specialty) to join their team. The role involves repairing dents, scratches, and hammer marks on bus bodies, ensuring smooth surfaces, and maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
Repairs Dents, Scratches, and Hammer Marks on the bus body
Sand surface to ensure smoothness
Paper, mask, and tape areas of repair to avoid contamination when needed
Give feedback to responsible Cell Leaders when repeat issues arise
Must have experience using Bondo to repair dents
Must be knowledgeable of and able to use all body repair tools
Must be able to work independently and be very detail oriented
Attend daily safety department meetings
Good hand eye coordination
Employee will sometimes be required to perform tasks offline to repair body damage
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to adapt to a fast paced and changing environment
Must meet Established Quality and Production Standards
Practice good housekeeping
Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Must meet established attendance policy and work overtime when required
Must perform other duties and tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Repairs Dents, Scratches, and Hammer Marks on the bus body

Must pass criminal background check, drug screen, and Blue Bird physical
Must be willing to complete OSHA and Environmental Compliance Training

Preferred experience with automotive sanding and prepping
