Responsibilities

Follows safe work practices and accident prevention procedures

Maintains a neat and orderly work area and accurate part and tool inventory

Maintains productivity levels in accordance with company standards

Provides technical support for our customers and other technicians

Consults with the manufacturing and quality department on necessary changes to our displays

Possesses an overview and understanding of our client’s specifications; offers guidance to the regional contract teams; ensures good practice is observed; and advises where Client specification is absent

Provides technical expertise in client presentations to assist business development personnel

Works with QA staff to ensure relevant procedures are adhered to by both teams and themselves

Manages escalated issues that cannot be resolved locally to the next in line and Production Manager

Supports other departments as necessary

Performs additional assignments under the Manager’s direction

Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
