Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled systems, robotic cells, and automated machinery
Program, modify, and optimize PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.) and robotic systems
Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on electrical and mechanical automation systems
Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reliability
Maintain accurate maintenance logs, downtime records, and PM schedules
Ensure compliance with OSHA, LOTO, and safety protocols
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement automation upgrades and improvements
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
3–5 years of hands-on experience in a highly automated manufacturing environment
Proficient in PLC programming, robotics troubleshooting, and electrical/mechanical systems
Strong understanding of industrial safety standards, including OSHA and LOTO
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Valid Driver's License required
Preferred
Technical certification in Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or related field preferred
