Behavioral Health Technician ABA

As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will provide direct services to children and adolescents with emotional and behavioral disturbances, following prescribed treatment plans and supporting families in implementing behavioral interventions.

Responsibilities
Provide one-to-one services to children and adolescents between the ages of 2-21
Aid in improving independent, age-appropriate functioning
Travel to the clients' home/school/service location daily
Follow the prescribed treatment plan
Provide behavioral and treatment interventions and consequences to the client
Set boundaries with clients and their families
Provide support to parents and adult professionals
Educate and train parents/young adults to utilize these skills
Provide positive reinforcement
Provide culturally aware and competent service provision
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid PA Driver's License and car insurance
Ability to obtain Act 33, Act 34, and FBI Clearances
CPR/First Aid training (must include infant/child) or ability to obtain
