The role involves assembling technical drilling equipment for various industries and requires strong mechanical skills and a commitment to quality work.

Responsibilities
Build components and assemble drilling machines from start to finish
Apply knowledge of hydraulic systems, power trains, and DC electrical systems to assemble machinery, systems, and equipment according to specifications and blueprints
Conduct detailed quality inspections on assembled parts and systems to ensure they meet the required standards
Work closely with other team members, openly sharing knowledge and contributing to the team's collective success

Required
Candidates must be enrolled at Salina Area Technical College
Successful apprentices will be highly mechanical with strong hands-on and problem-solving skills
Committed to high quality work
