Dassault Falcon Jet is seeking a Maintenance Support Technician to assist in the maintenance of corporate business jets while working towards obtaining an A&P license. The role involves performing entry-level maintenance tasks, adhering to safety standards, and ensuring compliance with FAA regulations.

Responsibilities

Accomplishes all work while following company and industry safety standards while maintaining the highest level of quality

Adheres to all FAA Regulations, the Repair Station Quality Control Manual (RSQCM), and all other approved data

Performs the required maintenance needed for Falcon Jet aircraft as identified in the work order

Perform basic aircraft maintenance tasks

Assist other maintenance technicians with work orders

Able to read and interpret aircraft drawing and blue prints

Ensures all documents are signed off completely, properly and in a timely manner in accordance with the RSQCM

Maintains the utmost level of professionalism at all times

Works assigned shift and unscheduled overtime as-needed or requested

Maintains a clean and organized work area at all times

Adheres to company dress standards

Perform all other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department and company

Qualification

A&P certificationAircraft maintenanceReading blueprintsBasic computer skillsProfessionalism

Required

High school graduate or equivalent with additional courses in aircraft maintenance in recognized service or technical school programs

Required to take the A&P certification exam and pass the Airframe portion within first 24 months of employment

Able to read and understand instructions

Must have required tools

Beginner level computer skills required

Ability to wear and utilize personal protective equipment

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance

Must be able to lift and carry up to 100 pounds with assistance

Comfortable in tightly enclosed areas, heights involving lifts and ladders, as well as, flying

Requires the ability to perform all physical functions of the job (hear, stand, kneel, walk, etc

Preferred

Previous Aviation Maintenance Experience preferred
