Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and perform repairs on construction equipment and components
Perform preventative maintenance and ensure equipment is in peak working condition
Accurately diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
Collaborate with service and parts teams to ensure timely and efficient service
Qualification
Required
1+ years of hands-on mechanical experience (construction, farm, or automotive techs welcome to apply)
Strong mechanical aptitude and a problem-solving mindset
Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
Familiarity with repair documentation and safety procedures
Preferred
Experience working on lifts, telehandlers, or compact construction equipment preferred
Technical training or education from schools such as Mitchell Tech or Southeast Tech
Experience in rental equipment, farm equipment repair, or similar fields
Background in equipment used by concrete or framing contractors
