Responsibilities

Assist with or perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of substation equipment including transformers, breakers, switches, and control systems

Conduct testing and diagnostics on electrical systems and components

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures

Participate in scheduled and emergency maintenance activities

Travel throughout the Midwest region to support various project sites

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently and safely
