The role involves managing help desk tickets, providing on-site technical support, and troubleshooting various software and hardware issues to maintain the city's technology systems.

Responsibilities
To Provided help desk by phone and/or email to all City staff. Which includes software, hardware, and network
Provides on-site technical support to all City staff
Check Windows update Server to ensure all network workstations are up to date with software patches
PC Technicians assist in creating help documents for both IT staff and City users
Check Library’s Deepfreeze Enterprise console software updater
PC Technicians assist as need the IT Network Technicians to help maintain the City’s network and solve network issues
Handle departing user requests. Deactivating account access and returning IT equipment to inventory
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Preferred
Associate's degree in Administrative Professional, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
