Responsibilities
Provide real-time troubleshooting and technical assistance to field service teams
Visit customer sites to help diagnose, repair, and commission industrial air systems
Support new equipment installations, system optimization, and control integration
Review service reports and recommend corrective actions to improve performance
Train and mentor technicians on technical procedures and best practices
Document solutions and build internal troubleshooting resources for the service team
Qualification
Required
Technical education in mechanical, electrical, or industrial technology — or equivalent field experience
3+ years in technical support or 5+ years in field service roles (preferably in compressed air or similar systems)
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability
Experience with compressors, vacuum systems, and controls
Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
