Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) (Entry Level Position Available)
Behavioral Concepts is dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and families affected by autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. They are seeking an entry-level Registered Behavior Technician to provide direct 1:1 services to children with special needs, following behavior intervention plans and collecting data during sessions.

Responsibilities
Deliver direct 1:1 services in the home or community to help increase skills, create learning opportunities, and decrease maladaptive behaviors
Follow behavior intervention plan to better understand a client’s needs and goals
Work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Collect accurate data during session, and take detailed session notes once session has been completed
Qualification
Required
Must have either a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to commute to clients in the Orange County area (remote positions not available)
Must have a reliable source of transportation
Must be available a minimum of 3 days a week, 8 hours per day
Must be able to use a tablet to collect data
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred
Be in enrolled in a College/University studying psychology, education, or special education or pursuing a degree in a related field
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
Experience working with children with special needs is not required, but preferred
