MGX Equipment Services is a leading provider of engineered lifting solutions, and they are seeking a Field Crane Technician. The role involves inspection, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of various crane equipment including mobile cranes and boom trucks.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair and troubleshoot various mobile hydraulic and lattice cranes

Capable of accomplishing tasks independently without direct supervision

Perform thorough and accurate annual inspections

Properly fills out working reports, hours reports, time sheets, hours overviews and expense reports

Provides excellent customer service

Other duties as assigned

Qualification

Required

High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Mechanic/Technician

Experience working with different forms of mobile crane equipment, specifically Grove RT & TMS Cranes; Grove GMK European Cranes; Manitowoc EPIC and/or Traditional Cranes; National Boom Trucks preferred

Must be able to read both electrical and hydraulic schematics

Must be able to travel 50% of the time to job sites and for training as required

Must have excellent communication skills with a customer/client focus

Must possess a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
