The role involves working on cabinet redooring, refacing, and installations in customers' homes, ensuring quality and efficiency in project execution.

Responsibilities
Work with another one of our great installers on cabinet redooring, refacing, and cabinet installations in customers homes
Work with other installer and project manager on executing projects in a quick and efficient way
Follow processes and steps in installation process to ensure a quality and repeatable end product
Follow Kitchen Tune Up Trustpoints on every job
Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily
Communicate with project manager daily about progress
Upload progress pictures and daily reports to buildertrend
Work quickly and efficiently
Qualification
Required
Stellar work ethic
Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate with other installers and project manager on details of project
Able to drill for hinges
Able to install doors and drawer fronts
Able to install roll-out trays and other organizing accessories in cabinets
Ability to safely operate power hand tools including; a table saw, Mitre/chop saw, power hand saw, router, planer, and powered nail gun
Ability to lead a team of 2 on the install activities on a job site
Ability to work in Fort Bend, Harris, Brazoria, and other surrounding areas
Must be able to interact with our customers on a professional & friendly level
Must take personal pride in a job well done the first time
Must have a valid driver's license with a verifiable good driving record and no physical limitations to perform the tasks required
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Preferred
Prior experience in cabinet refacing and custom cabinet installation
Excellent knowledge of cabinet construction and terminology from years of installing cabinets, moldings, etc in kitchens
Prior experience in cutting and installing all moldings, including crown
Prior experience leading a team of installers
