Construction
Responsibilities
Handle fire, water, and mold restoration tasks from start to finish
Set up and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, etc.)
Perform demolition, debris removal, and site cleanup
Take moisture readings and document progress
Use mobile apps to track jobs, take photos, and maintain accurate logs
Follow IICRC standards and safety procedures
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in fire/water/mold restoration
Clean and valid driver's license
Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight or challenging spaces
Willing to work occasional nights, weekends, or on-call shifts
Must be able to travel to job sites throughout our full service area
Preferred
IICRC certifications (WRT, FSRT, ASD, etc.) strongly preferred
Comfortable using restoration software like MICA, CompanyCam, or similar
Tech-savvy and confident using mobile devices and apps
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
