Marshall's Inside Connections, a leader in low voltage audio/video and burglar alarm installation, is seeking an experienced Audio/Video/Alarm Installer/Technician to help serve our residential and commercial customers in Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas. The role involves installation and service of audio/video and security systems, requiring strong technical skills and the ability to work independently.

Security Systems Services

Responsibilities

Experience in the low voltage Audio/Video/Security industry

Experience with Honeywell Vista and Alarm.com

Ability to work without direct supervision

Basic knowledge of network design and IP Communications

Ability to run and terminate RG-6 and Category 6 cables

Basic knowledge of installation and wiring of audio/video and alarm system devices

Working knowledge of system layout and commissioning of a new system

Ability to interact with designers, architects and other industry professionals

Ability to read construction drawings / blue prints

Excellent communication skills (all formats) which includes establishing positive relationships with customers

Professional appearance

Valid driver’s license and a good driving record

Ability to pass a background check

Ability to lift over 50 pounds

Reliable transportation

Possess your own basic hand tools

Must be willing to travel and able to stay overnight
