360X Staffing is seeking a hands-on Lead Fire & Life Safety Technician to oversee fire alarm and special hazard suppression system projects. In this field leadership role, you will lead crews, troubleshoot complex systems, and ensure that every installation and service call meets the highest standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities

Install, program, and commission fire alarm and suppression systems
Lead and supervise technicians and subcontractors on job sites
Troubleshoot, repair, and replace system components
Train customers on system operation and safety procedures
Respond to emergency service calls as needed

Qualification

Fire alarm installationFire alarm programmingFASA/BASA licenseNICET certificationElectrical work

Required

5+ years of fire alarm or suppression system installation/service (or proven experience in high-level electrical work)
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in tight spaces

Preferred

Fire alarm programming experience a plus
FASA/BASA license, NICET, or other relevant certifications
