The Sr. Licensed Fire Alarm Technician will be responsible for servicing, inspecting, and repairing fire alarm systems for established customers, conducting service calls, performing system testing and inspections, and preparing service tickets and reports.

Responsibilities

Service, inspect, and repair fire alarm systems for established customers
Conduct service calls, system testing, and inspections in compliance with prescribed standards
Perform emergency troubleshooting and on-site repairs
Identify code and non-conformance issues
Program fire alarm panels
Prepare accurate, timely, and detailed service tickets and reports
Maintain a professional appearance and deliver excellent customer service

Qualification

MA Class D Low Voltage LicenseFire alarm experienceFire codes knowledgeMA Electrician LicenseCustomer service skillsOSHA 10 certificationEffective communication

Required

Valid MA Class D Low Voltage License required
Minimum 5 years of fire alarm experience required
Strong knowledge of applicable fire codes and regulations
Effective communication and customer service skills
Ability to be available for scheduled on-call assignments
High school diploma or equivalent required
MA Fire Alarm License or Electrician License required
Valid driver's license required

Preferred

MA Electrician License preferred
OSHA 10 certification preferred
